Cpu and system temp

Hi everyone. I recently bought a new computer that has a e6600. I installed all the pieces myself and i am not sure wether or not i did everything correctly. I downloaded speedfan software and after playing a company of heroes for a while or any other game i get about 53C for the system and 52C for the CPU. The only fans that i have in my computer are the cpu fan, the power supp fan and the video card fan which is a 8800 gts. I want to know if the temperatures are too high or not. Thanks !

CPU temp is OK. But system temp is too high. Maybe you should try Everest Home, it's more accurate than Speedfan.

ah this is good to hear. the lil flame aside the temp in speedfan software scared me a bit i have to say

Speedfan loves to report stupid temps. It reported me a 120° C CPU temp!!!

btw what can i do to lower the system fan? and by system what does this mean?

It is normally the temperature inside the computer. If your case has space for a rear 80mm fan, you should add one. It can really help

ok i think ill try to add one.And now with everest i can see my gpu temp, which is at 68C right now. How is this?

Wow, that's high! Is the card idling? What videocard is it?
