Crashing at Shut down

  1. I will attach my mini dumps. I believe it is a driver problem. Please help.

    You need to update the sound card drivers. All the crashes are the same. http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/devldr32.exe.html

    Devldr32.exe is connected to Sound Blaster Live Sound Card. I bought a new sound card and all seems good. Thank you again.
