Creative has announced the latest development in its award-winning Gigaworks range of speakers. Following on from the success of its flagship 2.0 speakers, the Gigaworks T20, Creative introduces the Gigaworks T40 speakers.

Creative engineers have built two high-performance midrange drivers with woven glass fibre cones for warmth and stability, allied to a dedicated high-end tweeter with a cloth dome for crystal clarity audio for both music and gaming.

Key features include:
• MTM (midrange-tweeter-midrange) configuration to combine sonic balance with bass for fuller, warmer and more accurate stereo.
• BasXPort™ technology for low-end support and complete the audio picture.
• Front-mounted controls for bass, treble and volume enable sound to be adjusted to personal choice. Headphone output for private listening.
• Perfect partner for the iPod. Requires optional iPod dock, supplied with remote control.
