Dead PC

I was trying to instal windows when, on the instalation program, the computer turned off. I´ve tried to turn it on but i did not have sucess. I´ve removed memories, removed video card, cleaned my cooler, put new heatsink on the processor and the computer still doesn´t turn on! The funny thing is that all the lights on my MB turns on assap i plug the power cord into the outlet!
What might it be?

Your power supply can still be defective even if the lights on the mother board come on. What is not happening is that when you push the power on button the power supply is not powering on beyond its normal standby mode. In standby it will light all the lights on your mother board but it is not powering the CPU. Bottom line is you need to replace the power supply. They do go bad.
