Maybe you should try a processor change, you've changed everything else, but they are really expensive, especially for a gaming computer. This, of course, works on few and far between cases.

Have you thought of borrowing another computer, say a laptop, and trying it in the system to see if it has the same problem?

I haven't tried that no... But at this point, I've kinda given up, its not gonna get fixed. I'm gonna save up, and build a new computer from scratch. If the problem still persists, then I'll have a good computer for when I move out.

Let's try to factory restore your computer to the back date. when your computer was working fine. let's see if it does works fine or not.
