Dell Inspiron 1100/Gaming/Screen

Hey guys. I have a problem with my Dell, I just bought Blizzard's World of Warcraft and everythin is fine except the game does not take up the whole screen. It's fairly small and centered, leaving black bars on the sides. I can still play this way, but it'll get annoying. Why doesn't the game take up the whole monitor? I've had this problem with other games in the past too, like Starcraft and Warcraft III. Any thoughts??

Are your colours set to high? Some games need less colours (especially older ones)

Is your res set right in the game?

try adjusting the monitor with thue buttons on it.

You might have a different resolution on your desktop than on your game. On my dell monitor, i had to adjust it for every different resolution.
