Dell laptop not starts

Here, I'm mentioning an issue which was faced by my friend recently. She is using a dell laptop and was doing an angular project. She completed the project and got ready to present it. But, she was unable to do it since she was unable to start the laptop after shut down it. Has anyone faced such a situation as a developer? still, the laptop remains the same and cannot start..it's i3 laptop and I'm not aware about other hardware specs

Try this see if it works. Unplug the laptop and remove the battery. Then hold the power button down for about 5 secs . Then plug the laptop in see if it boots. If not you may have to get it repaired.
