  1. My pc won't power on, this problem has been happening lately. If the power goes out in my house, I am unable to turn my pc back on. I have a solid orange light on my power button. Could it be a power supply problem? Can anyone help?

When the pc is on, it runs fine.

The power outages in your house stresses the PC's power supply to the point of failure. Have the power supply in the PC replaced and invest in a good surge protection scheme, to protect the PC better next time

replace your PSU, and get an UPS while you're at it.
