So my desktop dell inspiron 5310 running Windows 7 won't let use the internet. It's having no problem connecting to the Wi-Fi and I've even tried Ethernet. They connect at full strength but when I open internet explorer it tells me there are ip address problems. I called my ISP's tech support and even with his guidance he could not remotely access it. I'm hoping to find some help here rather than spending money I don't have. Also, I'm not as tech savy as you all so I'm going to need step by step instructions for most things. And as far as transferring programs, I only have one computer so I'm going to have to fix it manually.
