device driver errors and restart itself

hello
howard firstly i did your advice which was 'sfc/ scannow' but after a few min. later my computer restarted itself again.i read the forum about minidumps suffix's problem just liked as mine.i did what you said suffix. but it restarted again.
my computer specfi. are
