I am thinking about going with either a

DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert
Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI AMD Motherboard

or :hotbounce (VS)

Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe

What are the good and bad about both and what would you recommend???
