Windows 7 Pro: Event viewer.........Diagnostic Service Host Failed to Start because the account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running the same process.
Event ID 7000.

Any possible solutions would be welcome.

It may be a nice way of saying that the current user does not have the privilege to run this. Find the account that is and run "Diagnostic Service Host" there.
