Hello all: I'm working on a Dimension 4700 that hangs intermittently at the bios screen, with the fan spooled up high. Most of the time it boots, but ps is running hotter than normal.
Does anyone know if I can swap a standard ps into this unit? Pinouts look the same, but 10 and 11 (12v?) are white on Dell vs yellow on standard ATX.
Edit: 10 and 11 are standard 12v. Standard atx ps works fine.
