    Hi, ive got a laptop, with error "hard drive could not be mounted"

    was wondering what this meant - is it a faulty/worn hard drive, or another issue.

    i've got warrenty on laptop, but im still curios as to what the error message means

    Any help is greatly apprciated, thanks
