Do i have a virus?

    Hello

    Please help me i don’t know what else to do this all started today i keep getting web sites popping up jamming up the whole system i have done a full system scan with Norton ewido and ad aware pro but none of this has helped at all i did read the steps but i cant open them it seems when i open a web site it follows with lots of others
