Do you know a motherboard called TOPSTAR?

I am planning to buy a motherboard.
I found the TOPSTAR motherboard is all most the cheapest.
Is there anyone who has used this kind of motherboard?
Is it good or not?

don't get it. go for a name brand mobo like an intel, gigabye, or asus.
