Drive boot problems

A while ago my computer turned off and wouldn’t turn on. After awhile it turned on and said the main BIOS had corrupted and it was restoring to a backup and ran a disk check whick took about 3hrs. Then it booted from E hard drive with windows 7 on it but I now use my C drive(A SSD) with windows 10. But everytime I turn on my computer it booted on the E drive, after changing settings in the BIOS I got it to boot on the C drive. But everytime it boots it says scanning and repairing C drive then I get a black screen with the windows 10 loading symbol.

Sounds like you have a failure in the HHD/SSD from which you boot Windows 10. Replace it.
