1. gale Newcomer, in training

   Have an Emerson DVD player which I have played movies that I created. Never a problem. Bought a new Emerson (later model) AND GUESS WHAT. Some of the movies will play part ways and then hang up. Go back to my older Emerson and they play fine. Anybody got an idea?

   Sounds like the newer model doesn't play some formats ......Look at the list that each model plays in your instruction manual.
