E:/ is not accessible incorrect function

Can anyone help me? I am unable to write files to my DVD/CD writeable internal disc. I have enable the device but I still receive the same message. Does my Slysoft/Any DVD software cause the problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you trying to burn the files on the CD/DVD using the internal burner function or a software?
