Editor for the CIV5PKG file

    Where do I find an editor for the CIV5PKG file?
    I tried mounting it and that didnt seem to do anything.

    NotePad should be in your Windows directory. (%windir%\system32\notepad.exe)

    Babylon.Civ5Pkg is a TEXT File but it has to be saved (after editing) as .Civ5Pkg file.

    PS: If you want to edit more get the SDK for Civ5 on STEAM. If you having trouble finding it pay steamforum a visit.
