My latest problem is that, on Outlook Express, when I want to subscribe/unsubscribe a newsletter, say, & I click on their e-mail link, I'm told that I am not set up to do it directly, or words to that effect, so I have to write down the address to remember it, then click "write mail" & type in the address which is frequently a mighty long one!
Can I do something to avoid going through all this each time?

Unless you are an AOL user, you can probably just change your settings so that html links will show up in emails. If you are an AOL user, I don't think there is anything you can do about it.
