Entry point not located in dll(dynamic link library)

I am trying to deploy simple driver in virtual machine using two applications (debugview,kdmapper) ,at the time of dragging .sys file into the kdmapper it shows that "the procedure entry point __vcrt_cleanup_type_info_names could not be located in the dynamic link library VCRUNTIME140D.dll"
