Error 109 - Windows 7

I have an eMachine e627 with 2gb of RAM that currently shuts down randomly with error 109. Ran the memtest for 30 hours with no errors. Defraged the HD and ran chkdsk twice also with no errors. Also have reinstalled OS and still have the issue. CPU temp says 56 C with the Everest software. A little guidance is appreciated.

Minidumps are blank... try replacing the power supply after doing all these tests
