Error dialog with no text?

  1. After dealing with an issue around Windows Update and a .Net patch from September 2011, I finally solved my perpetual Windows Update download and fail problem by going with .Net Framework 4.5 beta.

Awesome, but in the process I must have deleted a file and now I am getting dialog boxes with no error message. The dialog title has the name of the .exe and a '-', but no other text. The body of the dialog has a yellow triangle and with exclamation point and no other text.

    Three samples are as follows:

Any ideas on where to start now?

    Much thanks in advance guys,
    Dave

What version of Windows are you talking about? You know there are several versions out there :)
