I'm still having trouble with Pinnacle Studio Plus v9. I cant use the program because it always generates the same error report and shuts down.
p.s. I had the same problem with windows movie maker.
I'm quoting part of the technical information in the error report:

What confuses me is that my operating system is Windows XP home, service pack 2.
Can anyone tell me what this means?
