Error on Set Up

Just scrubbed HD clean with zero fill, and treated with Disk Genius.
i've done this quite a few times in the past, but this time I'm getting an error showing, when I try to install XP PRO.

"" Internal error, can't continue with set up. ""

Does anyone out there know how to get over this problem.

Any advice will be gratefully received.

At what part of the installation process do you get that error?

Make sure the XP CD itself is clean and in working order.

Test your HDD with one of these utilities.
