Ethernet connected but no internet

So on my gaming computer my Ethernet is connected and it says it’s connected fine but when I try to log into steam use the internet,etc... it will not work says I’m not connected to anything. I’ve been dealing with this for months and Ik it sounds weird but it’s like it only works on weekends and not week days once Friday ends I can play but when Monday hits it’s done won’t work. Any help works

It’s at home but my parents don’t have restrictions no, that’s what’s weird about it my WiFi works on phone laptop.

I’m not the best with computers I usually just hop on and play so how would I do that?

Try reinstalling your ethernet drivers: Back in Windows, go to the Start menu's Search field, enter device manager , and select Device Manager. Expand the Network Adapters section. Right-click the ethernet adapter and select Uninstall.
