I've been looking online for a bandwidth/internet speed meter to show me how fast my connection is at all times. This is the program mentioned in the title, I was wondering if anyone knew if was any good orif there was an alternative to this program to do the same thing? any help or suggestions would be gratly appreciated.

There is a Yahoo Wiki I use on my laptop that indicates the strength of the wireless connection in %. Perhaps the have one for DSL.
