Excel random shutdown

Using excel 2010 on windows 10. Excel shuts down randomly after 2-4 minutes on every excel file I open

Sounds like critical software failure (as apposed to heat) if it's related to a specific program.

Is Office 2010 a fresh install on Win/10?

No, I've been working with office 2010 since about 4-5 years ago. Windows7 I've upgraded around a year or more ago. everything was working just fine. The only thing that I can think of that changed is a windows update (automatic) and right after that the problem started.
Tried several things:
* Rebooted the system, obviously
* Tried opening excel in safe mode - no difference
* Same, as admin - no difference
* Installed and ran OFFCAT as suggested by Microsoft..... nothing
* Updated excel 2010 to 2013 - still nothing

Control -> Computer Management -> Event Viewer

and review the System log for ERRORS

Will do. Thanks :)
Checked error logs. Couldn't see anything related (to my understanding)
Opened excel file and waited for it to shutdown.
Checked Error logs. Last entry was 2 hours! ago, so I guess it didn't register.
I'll try SystemFileCheck on the command line, what can I loose?
Any other suggestions? I'm running out of ideas.....

ERRORs may not point directly at Excel. Ignore obvious names like bounjure, nntp, com, but copy/paste a few for our review

Looks like double dutch to me........ (Error logs)
Does this make any sense?

I found this suggestion

The first error is from RealPlayer: C:\program files (x86)\real\realplayer\RealDownloader\downloader2.exe

The second is very win/10 and lead me to this

The third is ReadyBoost
User action
The logging of this error will not affect the operation of your computer. ReadyBoot is
used by the ReadyBoost service that optimizes a minimum boot time of your computer.

Nothing works so far and I am getting tired of this so I'll go balistic and remove excel altogether and re-install it.
If that doesn't work I'll just go over to OpenOffice
But I do appreciate your help :) - Thank you
