Experia e5 data transfer

Can anyone help having trouble taking photos of xperia e5 to store them on pc. The pc wont recognise the usb cable connection. have tried on 3 different pc's and no luck. Please help as I have to send phone to sony so they can fix the microphone and don't wont to loose my photos.
