Explorer shuts down unexpectedly

Whenever I try to access my email account (on fastermail.com) I can get into the account, but then when I select "check mail" Explorer creates an error and shuts down. No explanantion of the error is given.

Try to run SFC.EXE /scannow from the run box. Remember the space between exe and /
