Hi everybody.i have Eye Toy USB camera Numtai. i want driver for this camera.so please anybody can help me to get driver for this camera and i can use it as a web cam ?

But here's best i can find for this one: Download here

Unzip the download to a folder on your Desktop.

I'm not really sure how best to install this driver but i see there's a "Read me first.txt" file included inside the unzipped file. Suggest you start there to check it for instructions.
