Suddenly when using my Facebook app, my business page has stopped allowing me to edit or to post as my business name. I can’t edit the page in anyway on my app and I don’t receive notifications if someone likes my page or a post. When I view the page it’s like I’m not admin at all. Messenger has also stopped sending me notifications if someone pm’s, which is very frustrating as I’ve now lost potential customers because of this. I’m managing by logging in via a browser but this is not ideal (so slow).
I’ve trying deleting and reinstalling. I’ve also made sure that my iPhone and the Facebook app is up to date.
I would be so grateful if anyone could offer any suggestions or guidance as I’m totally at my wits end because of it.
