Facebook problem

I logged out of my Facebook account without verifying my email address and now I can't log back in because it doesn't recognise my email address. Catch 22. How do I get back into the account to verify my email address. Can't use my mobile number as I did not record that in my FB profile. Any ideas?

Check you mail id. Facebook send the verification mail to your mail id, may be from there you can verify your account and it helps to login your FB account.
