Fan problem

    Hi, i wan to ask something. After i clean up my pc, my fan do not work as usual. Usually, my fan would run fast till got noise when my pc reaching mem usage 100% or sometimes when i playing 3d game like timeshift. But now my pc fan seem run normal in those case and it only run fast like that when i turn on pc. My pc usual processor temp is 55-60c but i check it now is 65-66. It's that normal? I do not hav add or change anything lik grapic. I hav 2 add-on fan but it is added last time.
