Well I got my new fans today 2 of them that light up. So I Screw them in(which is hard enough without a drill) theni I had to take one out but i wore it out. The screwdriver wont get a grip. Well I was able to get it out by breaking the fan ledge but is there any easier way? Is a drill worth the investment? Should I get a dremel to take out screws next time there worn out? because i think a dremel could probably cut the head of the screw off. Thanks everyone who replies.

If you strip out the head of a screw you can use a cutting disk on the dremmel to make a deep slot in the head and use a standard screwdriver to remove the screw. Just be careful of metal dust getting into your circuits.
