Fatal error system halted

My pc can't start when I turn it on an error msg comes like

"FATAL: NAMI due to SERR

Cause: P_SSE

System halted. We apologise for the inconvenience."

Also unable to access boot and bios menu the pc stop at that error msg

Tryed to re insert all hardware still the same problem tryed to swap and reinserted the rams still same problem can anyone help me with the problem

Running windows XP

4gb ram
