    Web design software

I found 'Artisteer' eventually, looks a professional package, but the software isn't a 'freebie', but you usually get what you pay for .
It is a template-type of program, and will be what some users are looking for, not everyone has the time or know-how to build a website by hand coding html.
I tried 'Easyhtml' by Toniarts, and it is a very similar program to Coffecup html editor, (a very good editor ), but without the cost; ( Coffecup html is not expensive by any means, well worth consider buying.)
Easyhtml has the big advantage in that it has a built-in browser screen, where the user can just click between the source code and the results in the browser, without having to save the code first. It is an old program, but very good.
For website building without html coding, but with 'first-class' results, for me, is Serif Webplus, it's possible to use the old free download version 7 (or 8), but the 10 version is really all most people at home could need.
