FF 301 Keyboard Error

My problem is this:

I recently moved my compaq from one side of the room to another. The system was working fine before the move. After the move is a different story.

When the machine is booted up, it throws me an error:

FF 301 - Keyboard Error

I replaced the keyboard and the same error still occurs. This happens before anything else boots up. I can't get into BIOS setup or anything.

Its a compaq P3 on a WINNT domain.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
