File and printer sharing between three LAN segments

Hello people. Just registered, and already have a question;

I have a ROUTER1 which connects to the NET, then I have ROUTER2 and ROUTER3 connected to ROUTER1. I have PC1 and PC2 connected to ROUTER2 and PC3 and PC4 connected to ROUTER3. Cables running from ROUTER1 (port 1 and port 2) to ROUTER2 and ROUTER3 are connected to their WAN ports.

Now the IP assigment goes as follows;

ROUTER1 - 192.168.1.1
ROUTER2 - 192.168.2.1
ROUTER3 - 192.168.3.1

Problem; Computers connected to ROUTER2 cannot see computers connected to ROUTER3, and vice versa. File and printer sharing is not happening. I know I can switch ROUTER2 and ROUTER3 to "dumb switches" and put all computers on 192.168.1.1 segment, but I do not want to. I want to figure out how to enable file and printer sharing between those three segments (192.168.1.1, 192.168.2.1, and 192.168.3.1)

Please help me out with this problem. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

What do I need to do????

Let's get this straight here? When you say Router what type do you mean?
PC1, PC2, PC3 or the Real Router running DHCP Server, DNS Server.

Static IP address should be on the main
Subnet Mask
Gateway

IP: 192.168.1.1
SM: 255.255.255.0
GY: 192.168.1.1

DNS: 192.168.1.1

IP: 192.168.1.2
SM: 255.255.255.0
GY: 192.168.1.1

DNS: 192.168.1.1

IP: 192.168.1.3
SM: 255.255.255.0
GY: 192.168.1.1

DNS: 192.168.1.1

Which on is your Print Server?

Whats your Subnet mask for the three routers? If they are in the different subnet mask, theres no hope of them allowing connected devices between them to see eachother.

simple first router for wan
as 192.168.1.1
2nd and 3rd router as switch disable dhcp
192.168.1.124
192.168.1.125
