Files Disappear Sometimes

Hello all. New to the forums. I have been having a problem lately when I click on for example My Documents. What pops up is a blank page. The folders are not showing up. This does not happen all the time and a restart clears this up for a bit. I am running Vista Ultimate on a Dell Dimension E520 and here is the log from Hijackthis

Can be a memory (Ram) issue
Please run Memtest on your Ram

But I would suggest that you:

Uninstall your AVG Antivirus (it's not all that good in my opinion)
Then run the removal tool

And install Avira free AntiVirus
