Firefox problem the refresh button causes a new tab to open

Some thing happen today for some very strange reason not sure if it is Firefox bug or not, the refresh button no longer refresh the page but opens new tab.

I clear the history and it did not fix the problem or closing Firefox and opening it gain.

The seems to be problem with mobile app for the iPad not sure if anyone else here are having problems with Firefox. Well I find it really strange the refresh button now no longer refresh the page but opens new tab.

Anyone else having problems with Firefox.
