    For all the music lovers...post your favorite bands.

    I havent seen any posts around here pertaining to music, so i just wanted to start a tread and let everyone list some of your favorite bands or just some of your thoughts about music.

    My favorite bands would have to be Tool, deftones, and Nirvana.

    Here are a few from the top of my head, although notice that favourite bands have nothing to do with favourite songs... an example would be my favourite all-time song, November Rain from Guns n' Roses, they are not one of my favourite bands because I only like 3-4 more songs from all their albums.

    Mana (latin group, best latin rock band ever)
    Coldplay
    No use for a name
    Nirvana

    ii) Creed
    iii) Korn
    iv) System of A Down
    v) White Stripes
    vi) Incubus
    Vii) Weezer
    viii) Red Hot Chilli Peppers
    ix) Blink 182
    x) Disturbed

    I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THE BEST BAND IN THE WORLD WOULD HAVE TO BE DISTURBED..........I LIKE ALOT OF OTHERS TOO........CLASSIC ROCK SUCH AS ac/dc,led zepplin, black sabbath, golden earring, queen, the beetles, metallica, anything metal or classic, but on top of them all is DISTURBED, every1 buy ten thousand fists when it comes out on september 20th.......ull be with me when i say DISTURBED KIS ***

    Rey De Copas
    Pendulum
    Pearl Jam
    Sound Garden
    Jazzanova
    blah blah loads more

    There is too much good music to just specify one great artist/band, keep your minds open...

    I must be way out of the music world, cause I've probably heard about 10 songs from ALL the bands thus listed!

    I'll be more like a country bumpkin, I like instrumental and bluegrass. Irish music too, Enya is good. Also Alison Kraus, Nickel Creek, The Martins, and a bunch of obscure names who name their albums after themselves. lol
    I also like forein music, some China type stuff, Asian techno lol. I'm really weird when it comes to my music, you'd be like, Huh?!
    I like remixes of console music like NES remixes, I like some techno based stuff and music remixes of regular songs.
