I'm looking for a format that I can put some anime in so that I can stream it to my Xbox 360 (from an XP machine) when home or watch on my iPhone when I'm away from home. Understandably I was hoping to not have two of the same file on my computer. If all else fails I'd rather just convert the anime in increments and keep multiple files a few at a time than try to do custom things or jailbreak the iPhone. Any ideas on what formats will work with both?
ps-Also, the files are in avi right now so it should be fairly simple to convert them to whatever.
