I recently built a pc and finally had enough to get a monitor. I turned the computer on and began installing different items, which worked fine. After it had finished installing, I ran Rainbow Six Siege and in the menu, it was giving me one frame per second on my brand new Asus Strix 1060. I know that I won't be getting insane quality, except that I should be getting more than one frame. I tried to go into the menu to lower the quality except when I clicked on it, it wouldn't load. Eventually, I quit the game back to my desktop but in order to do so I had to click every button the option to quit multiple times (clicking repeatedly for a few seconds) before it would load the menu. Immediately after retuning to my desktop, the graphics were fine, and obviously working over one frame. If anyone could help me that would be great. I haven't gotten a chance to re-attempt to lower the quality yet.
