A friend fo mine has been using hotmail exclusively for years (I know, I know, but up until now, she wouldn't listen to me). Built her a new system last week, all clean installs. Twice now, in the last 24 hours, when she has clicked the "reply" button on her inbox, an unbidden email address has been added to the "reply" recipient. The first time, it was another person on her contact list. This morning, it was a wholly unfamiliar one. ????
Spyware? Worm? No way to "scan" Hotmail, right?
Suggestions? I'm trying a number of things (including getting her to start using her new ISP's account), but she cannot immediately dump hotmail. I have advised her to not open it til we find the glitch/culprit.
All assistance appreciated. :suspiciou
