Frozen everis 14" laptop

Hi, I bought Everis laptop 14" and its frozen when trying to set up, I returned it to the store and they confirmed it need to be send for repair for more than 3 weeks which is disappointing. I need help in trying to solve this issue at an urgent manner. Please advise.

Would you explain what you mean by frozen. Won't boot up from splash screen or what?
