After scanning a few documents, I get white rectangular spaces in the middle of the scanned images.
It looks as if there is a piece of paper or something that blocks parts of the document from being scanned, but the weird part is that there isn't anything physically obstructing the glass on the inside, nor the rubber rollers as I've cleaned them both multiple times.
The document scan looks just okay after letting it cool down, but each scan after that gets progressively worse unless I wait it out for a few minutes. I'm thinking that it may be the light bulb (I've tried adjusting the AutoBrightness settings) but then again I'm not very adept with the mechanics behind scanners & imaging.
