Hi ,
I have a GF 2 Mx 400 and was thinking of upgrading to FX 5200(128 RAM).Should I go in for it?I live in India and do not want to spend insane amounts of money on a vid card as vid cards are VERY expensive here(almost twice there price in USA).Is Fx 5200 better than GF 4 MX440?.
Also if I want to go in for FX 5600 insted of FX 5200 will that be any better?

I'm just going to wait and buy a NextGen card...I can suck it up for a while longer...

yeah its better, but a gf ti is better than a 5200 fx.
I would just wait for pci express and get one of those.

PCI express is still a ways away and will also require a system board upgrade. Not to mention that prices will be high and it's a first production run. Right now it's still best to stick to AGP and be sure all the bugs are ironed out of PCI express before jumping on the bandwagon.
