FYI: Dell 8200 and Audigy problem fix

ONLY for Dell 8200 & Audigy users: Dell has posted a new Bios 03 "patch" to fix the distortion problem with all Audigy cards.
This is the end for the squel of death of the Audigy cards. Hurray.
